1. Operational Support:
- Resolve daily HR operational issues, such as attendance management, leave requests, and benefits administration.
- Assist in executing HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Monitor HR processes and suggest improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
2. Employee Development:
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in individual employee development planning and performance improvement strategies.
- Participate in performance appraisal processes, providing insights and feedback.
3. Recruitment Support:
- Define job requirements and post job openings.
- Participate in the initial stages of the interview process, screening candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding by assisting in orientation and training programs.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports, analyzing trends and patterns in areas such as attendance, turnover, and workforce demographics.
- Help manage HR information systems and databases.
5. HR Guidance:
- Serve as an approachable resource for employees seeking information on HR policies and practices.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, guiding them on HR-related matters.
- Ensure clarity in communication of HR policies to all staff members.
6. Strategic Contribution:
- Participate in the development of HR strategies and contribute to long-term HR planning.
- Assist in company-wide initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and well-being.
- Maintain a healthy and inclusive work culture.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and work on maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of legal HR requirements.
- Participate in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Conflict Resolution:
- Help identify workplace conflicts and support in addressing and resolving these issues through appropriate HR channels.
- Initiate conflict resolution processes and maintain a harmonious work environment.
9. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to HRBP teams by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing HR-related events.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related projects, such as surveys, initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
