• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Responsible to manage employee absences and overtime.
• Take care of the administrative process of employee transfers, promotions, and leave.
• Prepare employee contracts and their extensions.
• Take care HR operation report through Excel.
• Take care BPJSTK and BPJS Kesehatan process.
• Take care administrative new employee such as bank account and input data to system.
• Assist HR manager in carrying out their duties.
