Job Descriptions:
- Recruitment and selections: Assist the HR manager in recruitment process including screening resume, arranging interview, reminding, etc.
- Attendance Management: Monitoring and evaluating employee attendance, and make the attendance monthly report.
- Employee Relations: Handling conflicts among employees, ensuring company policies are adhered to, and providing support to employee regarding personal or professional issues.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for office inventory stock, procurement of items, and inventory storage management.
- Assist the HR Manager to maintain various human resources records including employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially of information.
- Handling all General Affair matters and administrative.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in HR / GA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Good analytical skills and resourceful.
- Well-organized and able to multi-task.
- Able to communicate in MANDARIN
