Job Responsibility :
- Establish and Implement a Recruitment Flow
- Acquisition strategy, resume selection, interviews process, evaluation techniques, employee contract, onboard training, etc.
Nurture a positive working environment
Manage company’s recruitment site
- Job posting, brand activities and other creative contents, etc.
Manage payroll related task
- Salary calculation, Allowance & Deduction influence by Attendance, etc.
Register and Monitor Employee Data for BPJS Kesehatan & etc.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
