Deskripsi pekerjaan Help Desk & IT Support PT Strategic Partner Solution
Job Descriptions:
• Service Desk
• Operate and maintain application
• Identify and troubleshoot application
• Manage incident, problem, change, configuration and deployment
• Do routine maintenance every month to all application and the supported platform
• Do basic maintenance day to day by notice the logs and application behavior
• Create report maintenance of application (once every 3 months), reported issue and migration job
• Office location: Jakarta Pusat. Willing do shift 24/7
Qualifications:
• A responsible person, having curiosity and willing to learn
• Hardworking and able to coordinate well
• Diploma / Bachelor of Computer Science or any related field
• At least 1 year experience in IT Network/Helpdesk/Support
• Having knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating System
• Having knowledge in network infrastructure (LAN, Load Balancer, Firewall, etc)
Able to understand and speak a little in English
