Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of Marketing PT. Kembar Digital Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership and Development
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Craft and execute strategies for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
• Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market penetration.
2. Brand and Positioning
• Develop and enhance the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners.
• Design and implement branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material).
3. Audience and Market Growth
• Focus on growing audiences and increasing uptake for products and services.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Oversee the execution of demand generation tactics such as paid social media ads, and email marketing to drive pipeline growth.
4. Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Conduct strategic marketing analysis to guide marketing messages and strategies.
• Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline growth.
5. Budget and Resource Management
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
• Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets and report on spending.
• Identify ways to grow the marketing department and secure necessary resources.
6. Digital and Content Marketing
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization for SEO and social media presence.
• Manage the execution of content marketing activities such as through social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and videos.
• Ensure marketing automation workflows are set up and functioning, personalizing content for various personas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or related field; MSc preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
- Strong portfolio of successful product marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in designing and implementing marketing plans covering strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, and pricing
- Experience running successful campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth
- Ability to present at the board level and inspire a marketing team
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords)
- Proficient in CRM
- Knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices
- Strong analytical, relationship-building skills & leadership skills
- Proficient in marketing tools (Office 365, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Business Tools, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Vimeo)
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
