As a Growth Marketing Analyst at Yourpay, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies to new heights. This role involves working with various platforms such as Social Media Platform, and In-App Notifications to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively.
Job Description
- Work closely with Growth Lead to develop custom strategies for specific channel placements.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve paid media objectives, focusing on CPI, CAC, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising accounts on various platforms, both paid & organic channels, ensuring the effective execution of online ad campaigns.
- Balance spending versus KPIs and dynamically optimize based on market needs and real-time performance.
- Stay informed about new industry trends, tactics, and data trends within the paid ads space and implement best practices.
- Provide bi/weekly reports on digital channels and funnels for relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Data Analysis
Proficiently analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics platforms.
Extract actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
2. Business Acumen
Understand and analyze current business processes and product capability, come up with plans of improvements, working together with data, product, business team.
Demonstrate a strong sense of business acumen to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently drive analyses.
Provide rationalized recommendations based on insights derived from data.
4. Interdepartmental Collaboration
Work together closely with the Product Team team to understand the pain points in the day to day business process & propose process improvement.
Act as a bridge between the product and business departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Maintain a high level of curiosity, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
