Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Visual Communication Design
- Fresh graduates are very welcome
- Able to use graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
- Able to use video & photography software (Adobe Premiere & After Effect)
- Photography skill
- Must be a creative, self-motivated individual, and team player
- Responsible & Good attitude
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Willing to work on-site in Slipi Petamburan (Full WFO)
Overall Responsibilities:
β Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Creative Production team to produce editorial
graphics for various projects.
β Execute design concepts that enhance storytelling and align with brand aesthetics.
Specific Duties:
1. Editorial Graphic Design:
β Develop graphic elements that support storytelling and content narratives.
β Design layouts for editorial content across various platforms.
2. Collaborative Content Creation:
β Work closely with the Creative Lead and Graphic Design Specialist to integrate
editorial graphics into the overall visual content.
β Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative projects.
3. Visual Storytelling:
β Enhance storytelling through visually compelling graphics.
β Ensure that editorial designs effectively communicate the intended message.
4. Brand Aesthetics:
β Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual representations.
β Collaborate with the team to implement brand aesthetics in editorial designs.
5. Project Timelines:
β Manage deadlines effectively for editorial design projects.
β Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of graphics.
6. Design Tools Proficiency:
β Utilize graphic design software to create editorial graphics.
β Stay updated on design trends and techniques relevant to editorial content.
7. Feedback Incorporation:
β Receive feedback from the Creative Lead and other team members for continuous
improvement.
β Implement changes based on feedback in a timely manner.
8. Quality Assurance:
β Conduct quality checks on completed editorial designs.
β Ensure accuracy and alignment with specifications.
9. Innovation and Creativity:
β Bring creative ideas to the table for editorial content.
β Experiment with design styles to enhance visual appeal.
10. File Management:
- Organize and maintain editorial design files and assets systematically.
- Ensure accessibility of design resources for the team.
11. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate editorial graphics seamlessly into
overall content.
- Actively participate in discussions related to editorial design strategies.
