- Overseeing daily office operations by handling office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Keeping the office in good shape by arranging maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Arranging travel logistics for employees on business trip
- Ensuring security protocols and safety measures to protect employees, visitors, and company assets
- Organizing company events and meetings
- Maintaining and organizing company records, documents, and files
- Assisting to manage expenses related to office operations
- Minimum 1 year working in a similar position (General Affairs, Office Administration)
- Have the capability to GA Administration
- An initiative, attention to details, responsive and responsible person
- Able to operate Ms Office and Google Suites
- Able to work on-site (Head Office: Bandung)
