- Create and execute efficient budgets, involving receipt planning, strategic cost allocation, and maximizing company funds.
- Conduct thorough financial control, encompassing evaluate the effectiveness of existing financial system and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability and drive sustainable growth.
- Provide data-driven insights and support informed decision-making through robust financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and address any discrepancies.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to address specific business questions or challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a financial or financial analyst role.
- In-depth understanding of financial reports and ratio analysis.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
