Responsibilities:
* Responsible for recording transactions that occur in the Company
* Handling bank and cash transactions, invoices, and collecting invoice payment
* Processing expenditures or payments
* Handling tax income (PPh) and Value Added Tax (PPN)
* Creating and implementing office procedure/system
* Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
* Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and other office matters)
* Fulfill regular financial reporting requirements to supervisor and Partner including but not limited to office expenses and budgets
* Manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors
* Supporting other in operational/administrative duties
* Input Accurate System
