Aramex Indonesia, a global express courier industry leader, is seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in growing our clientele and enhancing our market position.
Responsibilities
1. Generate and qualify leads through cold-calling prospective customers.
2. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
3. Present our products and services to potential clients over the phone.
4. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the management.
5. Maintain detailed and updated records of calls, sales, and customer details.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and processes.
7. Attend sales workshops and trainings to improve telesales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in telemarketing is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive selling.
4. Proficient in computer applications and CRM tools.
5. Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
