As a Customer Service Representative at Okaka, you will be the first point of contact for our customers on platforms like TikTok and Shopee, ensuring they receive top-notch service that aligns with our brand’s reputation.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism.
Process orders, track shipping, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience, encouraging brand loyalty.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other teams to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce environment (IS A MUST)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of customer inquiries.
- High school diploma; further education will be considered an advantage.
