Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years for junior or 4-5 years for team lead of experience in digital marketing agency or digital media (publisher).
2. Proficiency in managing various digital ad campaigns including display, mobile, and video.
3. Comprehensive understanding of programmatic buying, including DSP, SSP, DMP, AdExchange, and audience targeting.
4. Familiarity with 3rd party ad and website tracking, ad serving, and related technologies.
5. Capability to analyze campaign performance data effectively.
6. Basic programming skills would be advantageous.
Role:
1. The role of the Ad Operations team member involves overseeing and managing digital ad campaigns across various platforms.
2. This includes ensuring the successful execution and optimization of display, mobile, and video ad campaigns.
3. Additionally, the role entails utilizing programmatic buying strategies, such as DSP, SSP, and DMP, to target specific audiences effectively.
4. The team member will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring 3rd party ad and website tracking technologies to track campaign performance accurately.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end execution of digital ad campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
2. Utilize programmatic buying platforms to execute targeted ad campaigns and optimize campaign performance.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of ad campaigns and adherence to client objectives.
4. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
5. Implement and manage 3rd party ad and website tracking technologies to track and analyze campaign performance.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and apply them to optimize campaign strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
8. Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
9. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all ad operations activities and processes.
