Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and take charge of optimizing ads performance in various marketplaces (Tokopedia & Shopee). You will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and maximize ROAS. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing, a proven track record of success in managing marketplace ads.
Responsibilites
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for different marketplaces, ensuring maximum visibility and performance.
- Plan, implement, and monitor effective advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize ad spend and achieve campaign goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and stay abreast of marketplace algorithm changes to ensure optimal placement and visibility for our products.
- Keep a close eye on competitors' marketplace strategies, pricing, and promotions to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets, allocating resources based on performance metrics and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or last year semester students in Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Have experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketplace advertising.
- analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
