Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Advisor PT. Asuransi Simas Jiwa
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on improving the digital customer experience across websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
- Act as a representative, have to assist customers in various ways, including answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on using products or services effectively.
- Providing and address customer queries and complaints promptly, striving to provide satisfactory resolutions to issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Interact with customers professionally and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate courses of action to resolve problems efficiently and effectively provide assistance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any Major (Management/Marketing Communication is prioritized) (GPA Min: 3.00)
- Have experience minimum. 1 year as Digital Advisor (Fresh Graduate is welcome to Apply)
- Detail oriented, good communication skill, and well grooming
- Advanced Ms. Office skills
