bTaskee is a marketplace platform based in Vietnam, which provides on-demand home services, including doing chores, over 14+ services available. It helps customers to instantly connect with local maids. Our platform, which is web and app-based, provides a simple and fast interface for optimal user experience. Customers are able to rate and review their maids (or helpers) to ensure the quality of the service.
Our vision is to provide a marketplace that can firstly provide services to customers without having to negotiate or talk with an agent; our long term vision is to create a marketplace where people can have access to jobs that they otherwise would not have, and can earn high salaries across South East Asia.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for search advertising campaigns.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Design and develop compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and video assets, to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Monitor ad performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digital advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads for apps and/or service products.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles & website optimization may be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for optimization.
- Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Active English skill is a must
- Willing to WFO in Mega Kuningan area
