Deskripsi pekerjaan Data Analyst (Marketing Team) Glints

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing team as part of the Online Talent Platform Marketing team. The main responsibility for this role is to perform data analytics and to provide valuable analysis and insights for implementing effective marketing strategies across multiple digital and social channels. This role will provide you with the opportunity to put your data analysis skillset to use towards marketing use cases, spanning performance marketing, social media, blog and partnerships, and will develop your abilities in data analytics, analytical thinking, and effective communication. You will serve as an integral part of Glints’ user acquisition engine for our Glints Marketplace App.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage marketing database and reporting, through analysing marketing data and performing reporting for regular and ad-hoc performance marketing campaigns and other marketing data sets. We expect you to apply analytical skills including but not limited to Excel / spreadsheet skills, SQL / other querying languages and / or basic Python to support this work.
- Be responsible for extracting actionable insights from marketing data and make recommendations on future optimisations needed on performance marketing campaigns and cross-channel marketing strategies through data analysis of key performance metrics and consumer behavior trends across time.
- Work with our Data Analytics team to build and develop data automation for marketing data reports, in order to create more efficient data reporting processes for the marketing team.
- Conduct research on potential user base, then create strategies & run experiments and optimizations in various channels to expand user base by broadening job categories and/or geographic locations in new cities.

Who We Are Looking For
- Proficient in using English as the primary language for communication with strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization. Experience in data analytics tools is preferable.
- A basic understanding or interest in various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok.
- Experienced in driving monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance and creating budget and operational forecasts to optimize results and achieve set targets.
- Demonstrate project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness to understand our target market & business and strategic goals, to design analysis and reporting accordingly.
