Job Descriptions
- Provide quotation as requested by the customer within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Register, update, and maintain customer’s account based on request from the customer
- Communicate with the customer through various channels (email & phone) to make sure all information provided are correct
- Record all the information into the system precisely
- Work together within team and other departments if necessary to make sure all requests and inquiries are processed
- Handle hundreds inbound ticket per day from various channels (call, email, chat, WhatsApp), providing information about products & services, and solving customer’s complaint
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
- Deliver excellence service to customers in order to meet the standard of quality requirements
- Maintain ownership of tickets throughout the lifecycle of the customer’s request, including follow-ups with other departments
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, having 1 year experience in CS Staff/Admin Staff will be your advantage
- Basic Excel Skill (Pivot, IF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
- Pay attention to details
- Good attitude and good communication skills
- Having English skills (writing and reading) will be your advantage
