Responsibilities:
1. Respond to clients or partners inquiries, resolve problems, and provide accurate information about products/services.
2. Monitoring and record details of clients or partners interactions, transactions, inquiries and complaints.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients or partners and internal team.
4. Operate backend system and coordinate closely with backend development and operational department.
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate information to clients or partners.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Empathy and patience with client or partners.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
5. Intermediate with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
