About the job
We are looking for Customer Success who will support our customers as their transition from sales prospects to active users of products. Customer Success focuses on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with the business.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesia Bahasa Language for business purpose
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of best practices in customer success, adoption and retention
- Familiarity with using Hubspot or any CRM for customer success processes
- Through regular customer communication, customer visits and other operational means, increase customer stickiness, improve merchants' satisfaction, and maintain a good cooperative relationship
- Have sufficient product awareness, be able to guide and promote product update and iteration, and promote product landing
- In-depth understanding of customer status, mining customer needs, guiding customers to reach in-depth cooperation, and promoting customer success;
