Role: Customer Success
Responsibilities
- Identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies, and implement them for business growth
- Strategizing, monitoring, and providing regular feedback for the daily activities of customer services
- Ensure a good quality answer to customers and partners regarding various subjects such as programs & products
- Promote products to schools and institutes
- Able to build relationships and negotiate
- Performing additional duties when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Having working experience in similar roles is preferable
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and target orientation skills
- Able to adapt to an agile working culture
