QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Retail, Fashion or Garment Apparel Industries.
- Able to speak, write and read English (preferred)
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects, responsible, willing to learn and open to new ideas.
- Up to date with the latest Plastic, Polybag, or Garment trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers using the organization's internal CRM/mainframe system and customer purchase orders.
- Initiate necessary actions to respond to customer service requests for order changes, including maintenance of order/customer information files and communicating changes to appropriate personnel/departments
- Ensure and deliver service to internal and external customers
- Receive inquiries from and/or contact the organization's branch/regional offices to resolve various order-related issues
- Access the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide data to customer service management for inclusion in various scheduled and customized report
- Perform assigned system maintenance for various electronic order files
- Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service department team. The purpose of this team is to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to improve the overall accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the customer service department.
