Handalah is a company that has a worldwide market for Handling, Tourism and Travel. Based in Saudi Arabia, with Branch Offices in Canada and Indonesia. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Employee to join our team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE (REMOTE WORK)
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering the right solutions.
- Communicating effectively with clients and the internal team.
- Promoting company products to client.
- Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4th semester student or fresh graduate in any major (Communication and PR will be a bonus point).
- Have organizational/professional experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English and Arabic speaking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow.
