Responsibilities :
- Acts as the first line of service for the customers, having the ability to serve them and to coordinate any commercial, technical or operational issues.
- Monitoring all project to ensure it runs smoothly involves a series of steps and best practices.
- Conducting investigations and making decisions regarding devices that are Offline on that day.
- Preparing letters, documents, permits and payments for the freelance team.
- Collaborating with Delivery Team and Support Team to resolve device issues.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT Major or related field from a top university.
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship
- Prefer from It Company or have experience in IT Industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized with good analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Administration experience in Zendesk, Help Scout, Qontak or other similar software
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to work shifting 24/7
