Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be reporting directly to CRM Team lead.
Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and live chat to multiple channel
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and questions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to handle CRM Omnichannel which is Qontak would be a plus
Requirements
- Minimum High school degree with at least one year of experience in Customer Service or related roles or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication (including active listening) and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
