About this role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist Intern is responsible for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product & fashion design, operation, marketing, and finance, in order to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience. Since no business can compete effectively without a great customer experience.
What You Will Do:
- Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements – from purchase to product return to customer support.
- Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
- Liaise with internal teams such as product & fashion design, operation, marketing, and finance to ensure that gaps in the customer experience- irrespective of where they occur in the journey
- Effectively manage email, and/or chat online workflow
- Enthusiastically and professionally address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
- Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information
Requirements:
- Preferably Final Year or Diploma or bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economy, Communication or similar technical field of study with relevant practical experience
- Vocational high school graduate are welcome to apply
- Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
- Extremely tech-savvy with strong communication skills, time-management and negotiation abilities
- Self-starter, keen into details, and high initiatives
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
- Have the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging team environment.
- Willing to Hybrid Working and our office in Kemang for 6 (six)Â months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!
