Job Description:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering by call and WhatsApp.
- Assisting students to get the loan (or Danacita’s other products) in accordance with Danacita's operational policy.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Gathering and documenting customer information and interaction in the database
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Develop customer support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, as we're responsible for customer retention and make sure that customers are getting their value.
Qualifications :
- Fresh Graduate, have a background in telemarketing is a plus;
- Domicile JABODETABEK
- Willing to work contact (3 months)
- Attention to detail;
- Confident in engaging with our customers and can connect well with them by call and WhatsApp;
- Able to understand and resolve issues frequently presented by our students and guarantors;
- Can work in a cross-functional team from diverse backgrounds and rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement;
- Able to carry themselves professionally and communicate well as a representative of Danacita;
- Fast-learner and ready to live out our company values: Humble, Hungry and Mission-Driven.
- Ambitious and target oriented
