Job Descriptions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Managing customer registration (KYC).
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and accurately.
- Requesting and reporting customer needs.
- Managing and being responsible for email and chat correspondence.
- Maintain detailed records of customer informations, interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major are welcome.
- Proficient in Google Workspace especially in Spreadsheet operation is a must.
- Having experience in customer service (CS) field is a must.
- Having experience in brokerage / financial industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Responsive working culture.
- Good communication skill & customer oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, good decision making, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work by shifting hours (40 hours/week).
