Deskripsi pekerjaan CRM Specialist PT Stampindo Lancar Jaya
As a CRM Specialist at Stamps, you will be a key player in collaborating with various industry clients to design and implement innovative loyalty programs. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior data, developing and executing 360° strategies to improve customer engagement and brand awareness, and ensuring the achievement of performance KPIs. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional with a strong understanding of CRM systems and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
What you will do:
- Develop a 360° understanding of clients’ industry trends, business conduct, customer behavior, and opportunities in order to design the most effective CRM loyalty activation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments (Business Intelligence, Operations, Developers, Creative) to ensure all implementation runs smoothly
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and generate insights to support clients’ business decision-making
- Generate and analyze data-driven reports to evaluate the effectiveness of running CRM campaigns and identify areas for improvements to optimize ROIs
- Provide regular updates to clients on key CRM metrics and KPI performance
- Organize a creative marketing communication schedule and strategy to increase customers retention and awareness, including but not limited to conducting customer segmentation, A/B testing, clustering and RFM analysis Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing or other related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making, with at least 2 years of related industry experience (In-house/agency)
- Up-to-date on latest industry marketing trends, technologies, shifts in customer behaviors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring activation campaigns that will keep existing and future customers engaged throughout the funnel
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative, collaborative, and a keen learner who is able to work well with various departments
- Familiar with related CRM tools such as Google Analytics, MoEngage, and CleverTap, among others
- Having experience in advertising on different platforms such as Facebook/Google, and Tiktok is a plus point
- You will be working closely with both local and international clients, fluency in both oral and written in English is a must
