Job Description:
• Create and ensure Bill of Materials according to Recipe
• Create cost reports per item
• Check daily production reports
• Perform cycle counts on stock in the warehouse and in central production
• Preparation and analysis of Gross Profit Reports and Inventory Reports
• Checking IN and OUT goods in documents and systems
• Review inventories for slow moving stocks/dead stocks/excess stocks
• Create waste & spoil reports
• Analyzing inventory variance for each stock take and cycle count
• Perform adjustments stock
• Check and Verify POS system auditing
Qualification:
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics/Accounting
• Should have minimum 1-year experience as Cost Control/Costing, preferably from F&B industry
• Highly analytical, well organized with an aptitude for data, able to work on tight schedule and multi-tasking
• Computer literate with able to use Accurate application and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
