Job Description
- Providing administrative support to all executives within the Company, including assisting the President Director with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Facilitating communication, including correspondence tasks, between the Executives and the President Director as required.
- Organizing and coordinating executive meetings and agendas, including the task of recording meeting minutes.
- Receiving and monitoring all incoming calls and correspondence for the Executives as necessary.
- Assisting the Executives in handling reports as needed.
- Serving as the communication representative for the executives when they are not present in the office.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Proven minimum 3 years experience in the same roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and practices is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
