Role Overview:
As the Corporate Admin & Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our corporate office. From managing administrative tasks to providing secretarial support to senior management, you will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, redirecting as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or secretary, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
