Job description:
- Manage all employee C&B (salary, insurance)
- Check on employee attendance, payroll calculation & other supporting components (BPJS, Tax, overtime incentive etc)
- Update salary structure according to market standard and relevant industry
- Responsible for all C&B regular reporting
- Update employee contract periodically according to needs
- Other ad-hoc task as required for duty
Job requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree graduate
- Advance Ms Office especially excel
- Stay abreast on industry update on compensation & benefit
- Experienced as payroll specialist between 3-5yrs
- Good written English, mandarin would be a plus
