bTaskee is a marketplace platform based in Vietnam, which provides on-demand home services, including doing chores, over 14+ services available. It helps customers to instantly connect with local maids. Our platform, which is web and app-based, provides a simple and fast interface for optimal user experience. Customers are able to rate and review their maids (or helpers) to ensure the quality of the service
Our vision is to provide a marketplace that can firstly provide services to customers without having to negotiate or talk with an agent; our long term vision is to create a marketplace where people can have access to jobs that they otherwise would not have, and can earn high salaries across South East Asia.
Job Descriptions:
- Foster strong and positive relationships with existing Service Provider, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for Service Provider, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Coordinate and facilitate collaborative events or projects to strengthen the partnership.
- Provide regular communication and updates to Service Provider on company activities, promotions, and relevant information.
- Collect & handling feedback & complains from Service Provider regarding their experiences and any areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address Service Provider concerns and optimize collaboration processes.
- Act as a brand advocate within partner networks, promoting our services and values.
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and mutual support within the partner community.
- Collaborate with Service Provider to address any challenges and optimize their performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership or community management or a related role within the home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a focus on achieving partnership goals.
- Flexibility to attend & create community meetings and events, including evenings and weekends.
- Relationship-oriented with a passion for supporting the growth and success of Service Provider.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
