Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any major
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field
- Able to work as a team
- Understand social listening tools or Media Intelligence/Big data analytics
- A strong strategic thinker and problem solver
- Having a good selling and negotiation skills, good networking and strong leadership
- Result oriented individual with proven sales success
- Effective interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Execute sales retention strategy to maximise revenue opportunities from existing clients through renewals & New Business
- Establishes and maintains strong client relationships, at client transactional and strategic level, by ensuring needs are well understood and serviced..
- Skillfully and efficiently achieves maximum penetration of relevant Dataxet Sonar products and services.
- Achievement of retention targets
- Delivery of accurate reporting.
- Support CS Director to manage CS Leads and CS Support.
