JOB QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering or related field (mechanical, industrial, electronic, or logistic.)
Language: Fluent in English
Experience:
3 years of supervisory experience in PPIC in an Automotive /electronic company.
Experience in the Production plan, material requirement planning
Experience in Warehouse Management System (IATF, ISO 14001)
Strong critical thinking and organizational skill
Strong leadership
JOB DESCRIPTION
Achieve PPIC/Warehouse KPI targets.
Check all document forecast reports, Production plans, material equipment planning, and inventory to customers' request.
Controlling customer order requests and on-time parts.
Controlling forecast by updating based on customer information
Controlling production planning based on the forecast of the customers as effectivity & as efficiently as possible to achieve corporate policy.
Monitoring and analysis inventory stock with a weekly and monthly report to the manager.
Ensures procured items arrive on time
Support on IATF and ISO 14001 implementation
Make a problem analysis of forecast planning production, material equipment planning, and inventory.
Do 5S, Safety and abnormality action in area Workplace.
