The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing or sales within the ICT industry, with strong capabilities in managing and growing distributor networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, Telecommunications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of products such as datacom, storage, and optical products.
- Proficient in partner management policies and sales strategies.
- Knowledgeable in partner sales enablement and required compliance standards.
Skills:
- Expertise in market insight and distribution planning.
- Strong capabilities in distributor development and relationship management.
- Proven ability to build brand influence and maintain connectivity in the market.
- Supportive leader for distributors, fostering continuous cooperation and a positive business climate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize commercial market operations for the region.
- Implement and oversee various business processes and sub-modules within the region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional strategic business integrators.
- Lead the establishment and enhancement of a partner ecosystem that aligns with customer and regional needs, increasing brand influence.
