Deskripsi pekerjaan Campaign Planning and Operations Manager PT. RAMAI TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA
Job Descriptions:
- Lead sales & account management team (for online merchant & SMB) by providing strategy, assistance on how making sure the team achieve their objective
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Social Media, Online Media, Events, Business Development, Creative, and even Operations
- Key leadership role in design & delivery of sales strategy for achieving team target KPI
- Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Negotiating commercial terms with customers & making recommendations to business leaders if there is any feedback from customer/findings in market
- Managing existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing related technical field from a recognised university
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a plus
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
