Mama First is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Partnership Specialist to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships that support the well-being of women employees and their families.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to secure alliances with companies and organizations that align with our mission.
Your primary focus will be on:
Employee Benefits: Securing partnerships with companies to offer our women’s wellness and maternity-related benefits to their employees.
Hospital Partnerships: Building strategic alliances with leading hospital institutions for commercial value.
Venue Partnerships: Partnering with various venues to secure competitive rates for hosting our educational classes, with a focus on expanding to new cities.
KOL & Brand Partnerships: Developing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and brands for mutually beneficial collaborations.
You will be the main point of contact for all partnership development activities, including negotiation, contract drafting, and relationship management.
You will play a key role in analyzing market trends, identifying potential partners, and developing compelling partnership proposals.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
Domicile in Jabodetabek
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Strong understanding of the women’s wellness and employee benefits landscape in Indonesia.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
Fluency in English is a plus
