We’re looking for a Business Lead to join our Recruitment Service Business - Indonesia team, to help us grow that mission across Asia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new clients. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage a team of recruiters and support team members, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Market Analysis: You will need to stay abreast of market trends and changes in the recruitment industry, and use this knowledge to develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Developing and managing P&L, budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring the business is financially healthy.
- Responsible to track and analyze performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and employee productivity, and use this data to make informed business decisions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, including Client Acquisition and Refarming, with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and competitive products.
- Proven managerial and leadership skills sets (has built and led teams of at least 10 - 15 people before successfully)
- Strategy-to-execution to achieve long-term business success.
- Hungry and driven.
- World-class management of client accounts and stakeholders with extensive experience handling a wide range of key accounts and enterprise clients.
- Previous experience in Executive Headhunting firm is preferable.
