Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team.
You are expected to be able to:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the headhunting or outsourcing industry.
- Advanced in interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent relationship management skill
- Ability to operate data analytics tools (Ms Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc)
- Minimum 6 months contract with the potential for extension
- Willing to do a hybrid working arrangement
