Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Analyze client needs, interests and creating a tailored proposal for future sales pitches
- Recommend new products, services, or special offers to existing clients to increase business opportunities
- Manage existing & new customer accounts, build positive relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
- Proven vast experience in customer service, sales, account management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform successfully in a high-pressure atmosphere
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
