Job Description
Bizsquare Management Consultant Pte Ltd, a leading business matching firm based in Singapore, is actively seeking a Business Development Associate to join our remote team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting Singaporean SMEs with potential partners in Indonesia, facilitating partnerships and driving business expansion. As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch business matching services, engaging clients effectively, and contributing to the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Matching: Assist the Lead Consultant (Indonesia) in providing exceptional business matching services, ensuring successful partnerships between Singaporean SMEs and Indonesian businesses.
2. Client Engagement: Engage clients professionally, understanding their unique needs, and presenting suitable partnership opportunities persuasively and eloquently.
3. Networking: Leverage your extensive network and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections in diverse industries, fostering successful business relationships.
4. Market Research: Conduct detailed market research, particularly focusing on the Indonesian economy and various sectors, enabling strategic decision-making for our clients.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to clients' requirements, showcasing our services effectively.
6. Social Media Management and Marketing Campaign
Work closely with the marketing and team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and business objectives by leveraging social media platforms to create engaging content posts and ads, driving brand visibility and attracting potential clients.
7. Administrative duties:
Responsible for administrative duties such as preparing quotation and proposal, organizing itineraries for partnership business meetings, maintaining effective communication with clients, partners, and team members and implementing digital document management systems to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven business development experience
2. Education: Graduate from a recognized overseas university or a reputable Indonesian institution, demonstrating a strong academic background.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
4. Professionalism: Maintain a polished and presentable appearance, reflecting the professional image of our company during client interactions.
5. Drive and Determination: Proactive, determined, and creative mindset, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
6. Networking: Having extensive network of connections in diverse industries, showcasing your ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships, is an advantage
7. Ability to drive and having a valid driver’s license would also be a plus, as it facilitates face-to-face client / partner interactions when necessary
