Job Descriptions
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products or services, working with internal teams and external agencies
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on findings
- Research and develop targeted marketing plans for specific product lines or services, including objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they meet company standards and are on brand
- Monitor social media accounts and content, developing engaging posts and monitoring user engagement
- Coordinate promotional events and product launches, working with event planners, vendors, and sales staff
- Develop and track metrics to assess performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare reports for upper management, presenting data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits
- Stay up-to-date on F&B industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of marketing goals
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including product development, market research, advertising, and public relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
