Job Description:
- Develop & execute brand strategy & plan brand’s campaign includes its communications
- Manage day to day activity of the brand to ensure strategies are effectively executed
- Ensure that brand budget & business targets are met
- Implement agrees communication plan (with internal team and vendors or agencies)
- Explore competitors of markets/products in category & competitive review together with Research team
- Asses opportunities for sponsorships
- Make gimmick & merchandising strategy & plans
- Identify, engage & secure partnerships with relevant partners
- Lead the planning implementation of collaboration projects, campaigns and evaluate through given metrics/benchmark & KPI
- Provide mothy competitor intelligence (social listening) & analyses of brand category landscape
- Analyze data to obtain consumer insights that will grow the brand
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in handling D2C campaign or brand (preferable from women centric brand/campaign)
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills
- Excellent on understanding consumer behavior & trend analysis on media & product category landscape
- Stay informed about social media, marketing technology & advertising
- Understanding of marketing & communications mix
- Passionate about building a startup brand
- Willing to fully Work from Office (WFO) at Meruya, West Jakarta
