JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Generate, plan, publish, share engaging daily dontent (visual, caption) and copywriting for various social media channels.
- Good taste for content creation, and have a good sense for developing good community content from ideation, briefing, producing, and delivering it on all community channels.
- Plan & execute content strategies in terms of creativity and values that speak out to the brand identity
- Build social media audience with highly engaging, creative content and campaign ideas aligned with the purpose of growing the account that translates well into measurable engagement and conversions
- Regulary respond to customer's inquiry through various platform
- Develop social media reports on weekly and monthly basis including analysis and points of improvement for further growth
- Handle special campaigns for the brand ranging from product launch campaign, birthday campaign, or other eventful campaign
- Identify latest key trends and brand competitors as basis for content strategies
- Actively engage and maintain relationship with KOLs
- Make a daily content actively using socmed apps (Tiktok, IG, FB etc)
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor in any major, with a great interest in Social Media relevant experience, as a Social Media Specialist for at least 2-3 years in a relevant industry.
- Prior experience of minimum 2-3 years working as Social media Specialist
- Able to relocate to or based in Meruya, West Jakarta with Full WFO system (Mon – Sat).
- An Excellent problem solver that couples good critical thinking skills
- Have a high interest in beauty Industry
- Creative individual who could execute their ideas very well
- Responsible, also able to work as a team to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with photo and video editing application (minimum : Canva, Capcut)
- Have a good knowledge of Digital Ads (Meta, Google, Tiktok etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Skill priorities: Management of Social Media, Campaign Planning, and Social Media Analytics Tools.
