Opportunity :
We are looking for an exceptional B2C KOL & Campaign Specialist Intern for the Indonesia market (immediate vacancy) to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing (KOLs), campaign management, digital strategy and support B2B on revenue through Ops in our campaign.
Objectives & Responsibilities :
Support Campaign Ops and Execution:
Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing on campaigns.
Collaborate with the B2C & B2B team to brainstorm about the campaign ideas.
Help to manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
KOL Relationship Management:
Identify, research, and reach out potential KOLs that align with our brand needs.
Building and maintaining relationships with our KOLs before & after campaign.
Coordinate with KOLs to ensure alignment with campaign goals (KPI) and messaging.
Content Creation and Curation:
Support by giving ideas of KOL’ s content creation in our campaign.
Support by giving ideas of the KOL’s campaign brief
Support on approval KOL’s content to the brand
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and messages.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
Monitor and support to fulfill report tracker and insights.
Use data to suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Market Research:
Stay updated on social media trends especially in cooking, baking, foodies, and other categories.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Note: this is a full time internship with a minimum 6 month contract, you’ll need to spend ~40 hours per week at work to ensure the best learning experience. If you have other commitments or on-going projects, please let us know in advance as we want the internship to be mutually beneficial.
Qualifications :
Must be in the last year of university and fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferable in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
Good communication skills, proactive and fast learner.
Attention to detail.
Resourceful, diligent and adaptive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in google spreadsheet, google docs (familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a point plus!)
Excited to work in a startup environment where growth goals and stress level are high.
Able to speak and write in english.
