- Identifying potential prospects and finding the contact details of the person-in-charge
- Contacting prospects and scheduling appointments for sales presentations
- Arranging and attending both online and offline meetings for presentations and/or coordinations
- Preparing concept and price proposals for new business opportunities or upselling opportunities
- Simulating budget calculations and preparing pricing documents for prospects' reference
- Maintaining and keeping track of all communications with prospects and clients throughout projects
- Filling and updating prospect/client details and information on the provided CRM platform
- Drafting contracts and other required administrative documents related to the sales of products/services
- Ensuring payment timelines are met according to the sales contract through follow ups, meetings, etc.
- Researching market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients
- 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota/target
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Enthusiasm in sports is preferred
- List of potential client contacts is a plus point
