Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Personal Shopper / Customer Contact Executive PT The Clothes
Responsibilities:
- To understand and promote Connected Commerce service to every customer to deliver our Service Promise - Making Every Customer Feel Great, including, building rapport, understanding the customers’ needs and being proactive to anticipate and deliver service above and beyond the customer’s expectation to achieve the agreed individual monthly sales targets.
- To capture all key data from customers to build client database for clienteling purposes and identify sales opportunities to meet the agreed sales target.
- To be able to provide the customer with fashion trends and product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about the item they wish to purchase
- To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time
- To ensure daily standards are maintained at all times and ensure stock is continually replenished to ensure a full range of items are available for the customer
- To perform other duties if required based on business needs.
- To handle document to view every contact as a potential sales opportunity and comminicate with customers whether through telephone call and/or instant messaging and/or direct message on social meda.
- To follow company service guidelines to provide professional pre and post sales service to customers
- To take every opportunity to resolve customer enquiries and comments by investigating the root source of the issue; identify solutions to enhance customer experience
- To identify cross-sell opportunities and customer relationship building to improve overall sales
Requirements:
- Able to communicate the latest fashion trends and product information to customers
- Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product
- Experience in retail industry is highly preferred
- A minimum of one year experience in retail sales gained from fashion retail
- S1 (BA) or above
- Familiar with cashiering function is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Strong sense of customer orientation with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details, pleasant and out-going personality
- Excellent command in Bahasa and English
- Good telephone, instant messaging and e-mail etiquette. Good communications skills, presentable with service-oriented mindset.
